DR. ANDREW KAUFMAN, MD
Dr. Andrew Kaufman is a natural healing consultant, inventor, public speaker, forensic psychiatrist, and expert witness. He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina and completed his psychiatric residency at Duke University Medical Center. He also holds a B.S. in Molecular Biology from MIT. Dr. Kaufman has conducted and published original research, and has extensive experience teaching, mentoring, and supervising medical students and residents. He is also recognized for his expertise in the health effects of heavy metals on the human body and mind, as well as in methods of detoxification.
REP MONTY FRITTS
Monty Fritts serves as a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing the 32nd District in the 113th and 114th General Assemblies. He successfully sponsored state legislation (SB2691) that bans geoengineering in Tennessee. Representative Fritts holds a B.S. in a multidisciplinary program combining Business and Chemistry from Liberty University, as well as a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the same institution. He also earned an MBA from the University of Tennessee and completed the Executive Program for Leading Operational Excellence at MIT. Monty was also the sponsor for the HB 1112 / HB 1112 bills to ban Geoengineering from the state of Tennessee, the first US state to pass it, followed shortly by Florida.
FRANCIS MANGELS
Francis Mangels is a professor and master gardener with over 60 years of experience growing in the Pacific Northwest. Originally from the farm and forest regions of Montana and Idaho, he relocated to Mt. Shasta in 1981. He earned a B.S. with honors in Forestry in 1970 and an M.S. in Zoology in 1976, along with minors in a wide range of conservation and natural resource disciplines—including soils, geology, botany, entomology, ichthyology, agriculture, rangeland, wildlife, and conservation management. Mangels is also known for his outspoken stance on the rising levels of aluminum and other heavy metals in Mt. Shasta’s water supply, which he attributes to geoengineering activities.

Justin Harvey is a dedicated grassroots activist whose journey began in 2012 when he organized the March Against Monsanto in Orlando, taking a stand against corporate influence in the food industry. Since 2013, he has served as the coordinator for We Are Change Orlando. Over the years, Justin has been an outspoken critic of a range of controversial issues, including vaccine safety, geoengineering, water fluoridation, and alleged inconsistencies in NASA’s ISS footage. Kathryn Saari, also known online as MellowKat, is a former private jet stewardess who rose to prominence after going viral for confronting two pilots that she witnessed operating aircraft involved in chemtrail spraying.
